TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. All prices carry no VAT. Lincolnshire Photographers is non VAT registered company.
   
2. Title to all goods and services supplied by Lincolnshire Photographers do not pass to the purchaser until payment has been made in full and cleared.
3. Where credit is agreed, invoices must be paid in full within 14 days of invoice date. Supplies may be refused to customers with outstanding invoices or accounts. If any invoice or account becomes overdue then all monies outstanding become payable immediately. We reserve the right t o pass on all costs on incurred in collecting overdue payments.
4. Lincolnshire Photographers reserve the right, in the event of a creditor going into liquidation, insolvency, bankruptcy etc to contra any monies owing to a creditor by Lincolnshire Photograph ers to be offset against any monies owing to Lincolnshire Photographers by the said creditor.
5. Any complaints with the goods or services supplied by Lincolnshire Photographers must be made within 28 days of receipt of the goods or service. Lincolnshire Pho tographers will then make every effort to investigate and rectify the problem.
6. All copyright of work and images is owned by Lincolnshire Photographers at all times. The client may only use the images for the pre agreed use and no other reasons That permission is only granted upon cleared payment in full of the invoice otherwise it shall be considered withdrawn.
